This unoaked Scheuribe grape wine, is a crisp, refreshing Austrian white wine, that is a cross of the Riesling and Silvaner grape varieties. Brothers Karl and Gustav currently run the family business where the Strauss family has been farming for over 200 years. Beautiful aromas of peaches and white flowers lead to a palate of citrus-laced stone fruit and wrapping up with a dry, clean and lively finish. Moderate finish. Pairs beautifully with shrimp scampi with linguini.
