Baby Blue begins with polished aromas of blackberry, dark currant, pencil shavings, hints of peppercorn, tilled earth, cedar and vanilla bean that sing of an absolutely brilliant young wine. Not to be outdone, rich flavors of both black and red fruits, savory spices, hints of black tea and espresso, and just the right touch of toasty oak in the background suggest this beauty will enjoy a long and celebrated evolution.
Blend: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot, 3% Syrah, 1% Cabernet Franc, 1% Malbec

This broad, fruity and ripe-tasting wine includes a little Semillon and Viognier. It offers rich pears, crisp pink grapefruits and light flinty, herbal accents on a full body

The 2021 Baby Blue Red is composed of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon, with the addition of 7% Merlot, 3% Syrah and 1% each of Cabernet Franc and Malbec, and it was aged for 17-18 months in barrels. Saturated red/purple hue, it's forward in the glass with warming notes of toasted cedar, turned earth, baked currant, and forest herbs. Full-bodied, ripe, and hearty, with rich tannins, a weighty texture, and a clean finish, it's ripe and warming and will be best enjoyed over the coming 5-7 years.
