The NV Encostas Do Lima Adamado Medium Dry Vinho Verde is beautiful, with a Riesling-like sense of minerality in its lime and citrus-driven profile. Medium-bodied and vibrant, with bright acidity,balancing sweetness, and a great finish, it's based on 90% Loureiro and the rest equal parts Trajadura and Arinto, brought up all in tank. It's a terrific value.
