This Pinot Noir, from 25 year old vines, is beautifully balanced with an elegant ruby robe. The mouth is velvety with black cherry & earthy notes. It's perfect for those who prefer drinking red wine with fish and is an ideal partner with charcuterie, white meats and mild cheeses.

Classic vinification and maturation in stainless steel vats (aged 6 months in stainless steel; no oak). Malolactic fermentation; slight filtration before bottling.
