Brilliant ruby red color tending to garnet with aging. On the nose, vinous, net, even with hints of violets. On the palate, the flavor is dry, fruity, and slightly tannic; it has a good body, resulting in a harmonious experience. Pair with all courses; it goes well with Tuscan appetizers, risotto, pasta with tomato-based sauces, meat, mushrooms, chicken livers; it is excellent with roast beef, pork and white meat, as well as with grilled meat.
