Conde de Valdemar Tempranillo Blanco 2022

This white wine exhibits an attractive pale yellow colour with greenish glints, clean and bright. It displays intense aromas of aromatic herbs, such as fennel and mint, along with notes of melon, pear, pineapple and a touch of elderflower. On the palate, it is smooth, with a fresh and balanced mid-palate, highlighting flavours of white fruit and melon, complemented by notes of tropical fruits, adding an exotic dimension. It closes with a long, saline aftertaste, reflecting its limestone origin. A refreshing and harmonious experience. Ideal to accompany all kinds of appetizers. Also with paellas and fish or meat rice dishes, salmon tartare, carpaccio, ceviche and sushi.
