Very dark and profound, very dense. Aromas are very classic of cherry, kirsh and stone of the fruits. Very mineral, graphite, spices like black and white pepper. Pairs very well with red meat like beef, but also duck and game during the fall (Hare, Dear, Wild Pork) and good cheeses.

So bright and focused for the very warm vintage. Mountain freshness, even! Delicate floral and spicy notes, but also fully ripe sour cherry. So much energy and vitality that this leaps and bounds over your palate. Very long, precise finish where the fine tannins build beautifully. Excellent aging potential. Drinkable now, but best from 2024.
