The Wines!!

Palais Prive Rose 2015
Luberon, Provence - pale orange-pink color of a perfect sunset. The persistent strawberry perfume beguiles the senses and makes even a gray day feel sunny. This rose´, made from Grenache Noir and Syrah, carries the sweetness of fruit grown in a warm climate, but welcome tartness on the finish keeps it lively. Unlike many rose´s, which quickly taper off into nothingness, this one finishes on a strong note.

IL Cuore Chardonnay 2014
Graceful-style chardonnay that is fresh, with apple and pear flavors complemented by floral nuances. From the cool, coastal region of Mendocino. Stainless steel fermented followed by a very short time in neutral oak for texture, not oak flavor.

Dreyer Sonoma Chardonnay 2014
The cool afternoon winds of Carneros help to keep acidity in balance during the warmer ripening months of summer, creating a supple wine expressing pear and pineapple aromas followed with ripe, tropical and stone fruits on the palate. Hints of citrus balance the rich mouthfeel developed during 8 months barrel aging in 25% new oak.

Aberrant Confero Pinot Noir 2013
Grown on five vineyards located in Yamhill-Carlton, Chehalem Mountain and Eola-Amity Hills by winemaker Eric Eide who’s wines have been described as an "interplay of power and finesse, with a less-than-subtle nod to Burgundy." Flavors of ripe cherry, plum and kirsch that extend into an expressive and layered finish, Confero has presence and depth.

Dreyer Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
Hand-harvested from select blocks in Alexander Valley, where yields were both abundant and richly concentrated. Dark garnet with black cherry, red plums and blackberries. The full body is balanced by bright acidity from the cool-nighttime conditions and sweet cedar notes from its aging in American oak. 85% cab, 15% merlot
