Each Friday we try to start your weekend off with a sampling of fine wines and beers that will allow you to relax into your "days off" with a positive note. Always a gathering of friends and neighbors and good conversation.

The Wines!!

Oro Balan Prosecco $16.99
EXTRA DRY. Typical floral scent: acacia blossoms and wisteria, with notes of honey and banana. The strong acidity gives the freshness; the bubbles in the mouth are velvety, silky.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Shellfish seafood, oysters, grilled shrimp, fish of various kinds of fish; risotto and other light dishes. Excellent as an aperitif.

Grechetto, Colli Martani $15.99
During the renaissance many wines were known as “Greco, Grecante, Grechetto”. Montefalco’s Grecante was one of the most appreciated. Indeed, the head of the Municipality of Montefalco used to send this wine as a precious gift to princes and important clergymen.

Ama Mi Rosso, Veneto "The Heart" $17.99
Intense purple colour, tending towards amber with ageing. This wine has a very solid structure due to the elevated alcohol and the balance between soft tannins and acidity.
It displays a deep ruby red color and scents of berry fruits such as blackberries and redcurrants as well as cherries. Serving Suggestions: It goes perfectly with red meat and poultry.

Insieme Super Tuscan, Lionello Marchesi $22.99
Over the last 15 years, Lionello Marchesi has garnered worldwide acclaim for his Tuscan wines. Marchesi's achievements in viticulture, enology and agro-tourism began in 1984 with the purchase of a medieval village in the noble Montepulciano region.
Recently only the 2013 and 2015 vintages have been available.
Rare Red Blend is a term Wine-Searcher uses for red wines made from unusual or rarely seen combinations of grape varieties.

Two Roads "Lil Juicy" Double Hopped New England style IPA 4 pack $14.99

an unfiltered, cloudy “New England style Double IPA” that uses generous amounts of Hallertauer Blanc, Citra & Mandarina Bavaria hops. The result is a “juicy”, fully-charged DIPA with notes of grapefruit, pine, lychee, orange & tangerine against a soft malt backdrop.

Solace "Easy Peasy" Double IPA 4 pack $18.99
5.2% ABV 
Our newest IPA brewed exclusively with New Zealand Hops. We dry-hopped this beer with large amounts of Motueka and Taiheke which brings out big notes of grapefruit with a hint of lime. A milkshake-style IPA brewed with Amarillo, Lemondrop, lemon purée, vanilla, and lactose.

Lickinghole Creek Blueberry Obsession Imperial Stout 750ml $13.99
