The Wines!!
Steininger Brut Sekt Reserve 2015
Rich yellow color with complex scents of marzipan, pears and bananas.
This wine has a noble balance between the three grape varieties of Burgundy (Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir)

Alc.:13.3% Acidity: 4.4 g/l Residual sugar: 4.9 g/l Zero Dosage

Steindorfer Pinot Gris Fuchsloch 2017
Very aromatic nose of ripe pears, banana and pineapple.
On the palate is has a good structure and balance with fragrant notes in the finish – a delicate wine with great power and a wonderful finesse.

Heinrich Hartl Rotgipfler 2016

92 pts.
 ANNE KREBIEHL MW

“Aromatic, ripe red apple and melon notes appear first on the nose but are underpinned by a savory streak of salty yeast.
The palate brings the yeastiness to the fore, giving a lovely creamy texture. The finish is fresh but mellow.”

Mittelbach T- Rose Zweigelt 2017
A beautiful hue of watermelon sets just the right tone for this bright, disarmingly fun rosé.
Crisp, dry and ultra-refreshing, this light to medium bodied wine exudes an intoxicating perfume of ripe cherry and crushed strawberry.
The wine holds its balance throughout the finish, never once striking a confectionery note.
A joy to drink and absolutely appropriate anytime!

Steindorfer Apetlon Rouge 2015

91pts.
The Apetlon Rouge is a Cuvee of 40% Blaufrankisch, 30%ST. Laurent and 30%Zweigelt.
The bouquet is a lovely mix of red berry fruit and black pepper spice.
The wine has a good acidity and elegance on the palate.  A very nice medium-bodied red for every day drinking.

Heinrich Hartl Pinot Noir Reserve 2015

94 pts.
ANNE KREBIEHL MW
“This wine's heady Amarena cherry and violet aromas signal both ripeness and complexity.
Subtle smoky oak frames the tender fruit and presents a rich but toned palate where every nuance is defined.
Freshness runs like a faultline. Smoke, black cherry, violet and licorice notes take turns in dazzling the senses.
This remains elegant in spite of the well-corseted power of the 2015 vintage. Drink 2020–2030.”
