The Wines!!
Wolfberger Cremant Rose' Brut NV Alsace $18.99
89 PTS - IWINE
"Light copper salmon. This 100% Pinot Noir sparkler is delicate with a fine mousse and aromas and flavors of light red cherry and raspberry fruit.
It's clean, fresh, and fun to drink."

Reverdy Sancerre "La Reine" Blanche $20.99
100% Sauvignon Blanc from a single vineyard, vinified in stainless, no oak, no malolactic fermentation.
Reviews: “One of the most famous family names of the Loire Valley is Reverdy, and this particular one, Jean Reverdy, has turned out an outstanding Sancerre.

Domaine Michel Thomas Sancerre Rose' $22.99
Domaine Michel Thomas Sancerre Rose 2014 had a pale salmon colour and although it was a still wine, it had lots of tiny natural bubbles that stuck to the glass just after pouring it, just to disappear after a while. The aroma was quite typical for all the rose's – sweet strawberry, bitter raspberry, heavy aromas of blackberry and delicacy of blueberry.
The second bouquet consist of beautiful hints of lychee, cherry, red grapefruit and some herbs.

Chateau Trois Moulins Haut Medoc Rouge, Bordeaux $22.99
50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon 18% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit VerdotThis Bordeaux has an intense ruby red color with a deep purple rim. It is concentrated on the nose with delicate hints of ripened fruits and toasty oak aromas. The mouth is ample and rich, containing an abundance of fruit and ripe tannins. A very well-balanced wine with a long and interesting finish. The average age of these vines are 25 years.
Château Trois Moulins is the twin of the famous Château Cambon La Pelouse in the southern Médoc region of Bordeaux. Although Château Trois Moulins is not as well known as its sister, it receives the same meticulous care in grape growing, winemaking and aging. The principal difference is that Trois Moulins is made to be consumed earlier and more attractively priced. The two estates are owned by Annick and Jean-Pierre Marie. Their winemaking facilities, as well as the their vineyards, are adjacent to each other.

Protheau Mercurey Rouge, Cote Chalonnaise $34.99
Maurice Protheau Mercurey Rouge Premier Cru Cru Clos l'Eveque is made from 100 percent Pinot Noir.
The "Clos l'Evêque" was in the XVIII century the best vineyard in Mercurey.
It belonged to the Bishopric of Chalon-sur-Saône, near Mercurey, and the wine was used for the bishop' receptions as well as for the masses (only the best wine could be served to God).
In French "Evêque" means Bishop.
