Verdejo, 12 Linajes, Bodegas Gormaz 2018 $15.99
Bright yellow colour with hints of green hues. The nose is intense with peach and apricots aromas. Spicy notes of green herbs and aniseed. Round and well balanced, smooth and persistent a very elegant wine perfect for seafood and salads.
 
Grillo Cannitu, Antonello Cassara 2017 $14.99
Deep straw yellow on the color. The bouquet has distinctly tropical fruit notes that blend with white flowers.
A very well balanced wine with a light and harmonious acidity.

Tempranillo Joven Valdelamillo, Bodegas Valdelacierva 2018 $16.99
Very intense, fresh and mature nose with red fruits aromas.
The palate is wide, velvety, well structured and with an intense and spiced aftertaste.

Rioja Crianza Valdelamillo, Bodegas Valde lacierva 2016 $18.99
Cherry red colour with ruby edge. The Bouquet is elegant with a medium intensity with pleasant roasted notes and a fruity finish.
The taste sweet at the beginning and well structured with a velvety finish.

Brewing with creativity and balance is Standard Operating Procedure at Reason Beer, and New SOP carries this tradition to bold new ground.

Clocking in at 7.5% ABV, New SOP hovers at the more temperate end of the DIPA spectrum. We’ve taken advantage of cutting edge Cryo Hop technology in order to dial up the flavor without maxing out the booziness. 

Cryo Hops are farm-fresh hops finished with a special cryogenic process that concentrates the resins and aromatic oils of the hop flower and filters out vegetal cone material. The result is a deeply layered palate of citrus and floral flavor with restrained bitterness. New SOP’s subtle underlying malt character supports its complex hoppiness without getting in the way of the flavor.

This beer pours a beautifully clear golden color with a brilliant white sudsy head. New SOP is clean, smooth, and almost dangerously drinkable with a brisk, dry finish.

Evil Twin/Decadent Collaboration 
Decadent Delight IPM Stout, 16 oz $9.99
With their first collaboration ever, Decadent Ales has teamed up with Evil Twin Brewing to bring a new imperial stout to life.

Decadent Delight, an 11.7 percent ABV imperial stout, is brewed with “coconut, pistachio, rum flavoring (made with molasses and sugar cane) and a small touch of cinnamon,” according to a post on the brewery’s Instagram page.
