The Wines!!
Remhoogte Honeybunch Chenin Blanc $24.99

"At 33 years old, this is the oldest vineyard planted on the Remhoogte estate. The wine has a golden colour and complex aromas of fresh tropical fruit and honeysuckle.
There are undertones of subtle butterscotch and spicy acacia karoo"
The Honeybunch is made from the first pick through this vineyard. All the exposed bunches on the morning sun side only are harvested.
They turn a golden colour as a result of their exposure to the sun and develope a unique honeyed character.
“We would like people who drink our wines to experience the estate, our soils, our slopes, our vines and our terroir.
Wine should be experienced and not merely drunk and we endeavour to make every bottle of our wine a memorable experience."
The Winemaker.

Collina San Ponzio Arneis $16.99
The lightness and refreshing acidity make the Arneis an ideal aperitif but also a great fish and seafood match.
The artisan who made it Collina San Ponzio started a century ago, they had until Pietro Balocco, the third generation, took over, been selling their own wine and grape to some of the best Piedmont producers.

Mendoza Laderas del Valle Malbec $10.99
A young and noble Malbec showing a brilliant violaceous red colour. High-intensity nose expression of: fresh blackberry, blackberry jam, violets, and some spicy notes.
The palate is juicy and refreshing with medium-plus acidity and flavours of blackberry.
It is soft with a fruity-bitter aftertaste and average finish.

Thelema Mountain Red $15.99
This wine shows inviting aromas of juicy black fruit, mulberries, plums and hints of warm spice.
After spending 18 months in barrel, the palate is soft and juicy with well rounded tannins and a long, delicious finish.
Great now, and will improve for 5 years.
Food Pairing -Particularly good with light and medium flavoured meals, such as pizza and braai.

1621 Darms Lane Cabernet Sauvignon $34.99

90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot
Fresh nose of toasty oak, red currant, vanilla and touches of mocha.
The palate is full bodied with pure notes of cherry, red berry intermingled with blackberry and hints of tobacco.

The Beers!!
Commonwealth OktoberFest Märzens Lager, 4 pack $16.99
5% ABV
TOASTY MALT FLAVORS DOMINATE UP FRONT AND NOBLE HOPS LEAD TO A SPICY AND SUPERBLY CLEAN LAGER FINISH.
This is no festivus for the restuvus – on the contrary – we start brewing in the Spring and it takes a full two months to reach lagered perfection.

Schlafly Pumpkin Ale, 6 pack $14.99
Possibly the best pumpkin beer in the world!

Adroit Theory BLVCK Celebration Imperial Porter, 22 oz $13.99
A sense of evil. A seductive, malevolent vibe beckons. Cut. A pool of blood, undulating with red waves, shimmers with breathtaking heat.
A wolf, black eyes, howls beneath a burning midnight sun. Cut. There is no purpose here but to give succor to the lie.
Listen to the sounds of sheer chaos. Cut. Snippets of grand truth ripped from primeval chaos.
