The Wines!!
Zardetto Sparkling Rose Extra Dry NV
100% Raboso Veronese vinified Charmat method (16 g/l residual sugar)
“Bright and tangy, this easy-drinking sparkler offers a ripe mix of strawberry puree, candied
ginger, mandarin orange peel and red licorice notes backed by juicy acidity.”
 The Wine Spectator

Villa Wolf Pinot Gris 2018

(Sustainable/Basically Organic )
It was here in the Pfalz region, back in the 19th century, that Pinot Gris was first identified as an individual variety and vinified separately. The modern-day Villa Wolf Pinot Gris is made in a full-bodied, dry style with fresh, unoaked fruit and a crisp texture. It is an excellent partner for salmon, chicken or pork.

Castello Di Bossi Chianti Classico 2015

(ORGANIC and Certified since 2016)
  James Suckling - 93 points

This is a beautiful and real Chianti Classico with dried cherries, chocolate and hazelnut. Hints of limestone and stone. Full to medium body, velvety tannins. Gorgeous juicy finish.

Textbook Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

The primary vineyard source for our "Mise en Place" Cabernet Sauvignon is the rocky edges of the Oakville district at a site next door to Screaming Eagle. Other sites complement this site and add structure, depth and finesse.

Hand-picked, hand-sorted and carefully handled at every step, our "small lot" winemaking is evident from the minute you pull the cork. We don't call our wines "Textbook" for nothing. Smooth, Balanced , Textbook CA Cabernet .
TEXTBOOK was founded in Napa in  2004 by industry veterans Jonathan and Susan Pey, and produces distinctive wines from coveted Oakville, Yountville and Los Carneros appellations.. The Pey’s European background led to TEXTBOOK’s “bold-yet-balanced” winemaking style which has made TEXTBOOK an industry-leading producer specializing in small lots of critically-acclaimed Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay.

Rombauer Zinfandel 2017

Our classic California Zinfandel is dark purple-ruby, with a bright crimson hue. On the nose, concentrated aromas of blackberry and raspberry meld with clove and spice. Lush flavors of raspberry, blackberry jam, plums and vanilla flood the palate, followed by touches of white pepper in the background. Plush and round tannins and great length make for a fresh and enticing finish.

The Beers!!
Commonwealth OktoberFest Marzen Lager, 4 pack $16.99
5% ABV

TOASTY MALT FLAVORS DOMINATE UP FRONT AND NOBLE HOPS LEAD TO A SPICY AND SUPERBLY CLEAN LAGER FINISH.
This is no festivus for the restuvus – on the contrary – we start brewing in the Spring and it takes a full two months to reach lagered perfection.

Commonwealth Big Papi Double IPA, 4 pack $19.99

8% ABV

Pours murky orange with thick dense white head that stands. Tons of lacing.  Mild aromas of pineapple and mango with a hint of malt.
The aroma is light but you can tell this is a juicy IPA. Also picking up some grapefruit and a touch of orange.
Wow!  this thing is juicy, it actually tastes almost like pineapple juice but not as syrupy. Lots of pineapple, mango, passionfruit.
The taste is amazing. Medium bodied no sign of the 8% ABV ast all, I figured it would be pretty dry but it is not, very smooth.
An excellent DIPA, wonderful flavors, the aroma just hints at what is waiting when you taste it.

Commonwealth Kinesis Double IPA, 4 pack $19.99

8.2% ABV
A delightful combination with Hallertau hops gets you movin' and groovin'!!
