Prestige Des Sacres Champagne, Brut $49.99
Our Brut Prestige has a pale golden dress. Its elegant, regular effervescence gives a beautiful stream of bubbles.
The first nose immediately offers biscuit and fruity flavours (pear and plum). 
A fresh and sparkling attack, followed by a beautiful depth giving a creamy sensation on the palate.
The finish is appetizing, complex and long with a tart sensation and very refreshing notes, characteristic of our terroir.
1/3 Chardonnay; 1/3 Pinot Noir; 1/3 Pinot Meunier

Sourced from the Pear Block within the Home Ranch of Sangiacomo Vineyard.
The expertly executed organic farming practice of this vineyardamplifies the distinctive character and intensity of the grapes.
We handled this wine with great tenderness and care and minimum intervention.

Belle Glos Pinot Noir, Las Alturas $49.99
Intense ruby red in color, this wine is delightfully complex rich and layered.  
Aromas of currant, warm blackberry and a touch of black licorice, open up to a palate that is pure and supple
with ripe plum, wild berries and exotic spices.
The finish is lengthy and fullling, displaying ripe tannins, balanced acidity and a hint of mocha.

More structured than a typical Pinot Noir with a dark fruit core, concentrated ruby color, with raspberry and wild blackberry fruit aromas and notes of earthiness. The palate is supple and layered with exotic spices, a rich meatiness, plum and cherry, with ripe tannins.
Las Alturas, meaning “the heights”, is planted at one of the highest vineyard sites in the Santa Lucia Highlands.
At this elevation, the sunny but very cool climate creates a wine with intense hallmarks of this coastal region:
robust, expressive, full-bodied and balanced with a firm acidity.

Blue Rock "Baby Blue" Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma $32.99

Baby Blue is Blue Rock’s second Cabernet Sauvignon and is also deserving of serious attention.
Released for the first time in 2006, Baby Blue is somewhat lighter and less concentrated than the regular bottling.
It offers a dark ruby color with ripe black fruit aromas and flavors with excellent purity and extraction.
