SIXPOINT HI-RES TRIPLE IPA (BROOKLYN)

"A DIPA taken to the extreme. Even at 115 IBUs and 10.5% the beer was pleasantly balanced. Strong citrus aroma from the hops dominated from the first smell to the last taste. When poured the cloudy dark amber hue obfuscated the glass. Even at 10.5% ABV the fusel taste of alcohol was hidden behind the thick body and bitterness of the hops. A worthwhile contender in DIPA category."
