BAROLO "LA TARTUFAIA" GUILIA NEGRI 2010

The wine which expresses the equilibrium between the power of Brunate- a land which reaches an early stage of maturity; rich in mineral salts, which enhance the flavour diversification-and the finesse of Serradenari, late;on the other hand, in reaching its maturity and unique in its mineral properties. The best will be delivered in a longer period (15-25 years). Compelling with its ruby red colour stretching towards the orange; the aroma is very rich, spacing from fresh prunes, towards spices and finally reaching the notes of minerals and flowers, such as violets and roses. The taste is fresh, intense, lengthy and full-bodied, with rich and smooth tannins.
