100% Glera.  Soft butter yellow with fine, persistent perlage, fruity aromas of peach, apple, and pear. Balanced acidity and subtle sweetness on the palate. This wine represents Canella’s mid-level Prosecco. It is the classic version of Canella Prosecco, perfect as an aperitif.
