DOM. MONTANET-THODEN BOURGOGNE BLANC VEZELAY

Domaine Montenet Thondon's organically grown Bourgogne Blanc de Vezely is a classically vibrant Chardonnay. It's beautifully ripe, but still bone dry with a light-to-medium body. You'll get notes of melon and green apple on the nose with crisp acidity and minerality. It's complex enough to stand alone, but also makes a perfect match for crisp summer salads with fruit like strawberries and sliced peaches, or grilled meat, fish, and light pasta dishes.
