Our Chardonnay is whole berry pressed and then cold-soaked for 24 hours. A non -malolactic fermentation follows in stainless steel, then cold settled and aged off the lees.
Tasting Notes:
Bright acid and bright tropical fruits are married with lemon zest and a touch of minerality. Finishes with tangerine-like citrus quality and a beautiful touch of light caramel.
