LAIMBURG GEWURZTRAMINER ALTO ADIGE

The Laimburg Gewurztraminer has a bright yellow color with golden reflections in the glass. On the nose it has delicate aromas of freshly picked roses and exotic fruits. on the palate the wine is powerful and balanced and with a good balance between the fruit and the acids. The altitude of the Alto Adige makes the wine more elegant and fresher than lowland Gewurztraminer and it has a long finish.

The Laimburg Alto Adige Gewurztraminer comes from the vineyard Moarhof located in Meran/Freiberg at an altitude of 500 meters. After manual picking and fermentation, this wine remains on lees (sur lie) for between 5-6 months and after bottling also receives a few months of bottle aging before being released.
