LIS NERIS "GRIS" PG 2019

On the palate, baked pear, white flowers and wild herbs evolve into notes of grilled nuts and butter. The finish is persistent and nervy, reminiscent of the site's gravelly soils. A wine that is pure poetry alone, this would pair superbly with white meat dishes in creamy sauces, semi-soft cheeses or lobster.
