Wolfberger Cremant D'Alsace Brut, NV $21.99
Cremant d’Alsace Brut represents the majority of Cremant d' Alsace production. and uses Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Auxerrois, and Chardonnay. Wolfberger's Cremant d'Alsace Brut has a pale golden color. Fine, persistent bubbles. Floral nose with a hint of spiciness, gentle fruitiness (peach, apricot), and lovely balance. Fruity and lively in the palate, it has a clean and crisp finish. Cremant d'Alsace is pleasant young, but can also age in the cellar for several years. It should be served well-chilled, to fully reveal its delicate flavor, aroma and freshness.
Trouillet LeBeau Macon Solutre'-Pouilly, Au Rompay $22.99
The parcel is the highest of the estate, located at the southern tip of the Mâconnais in the Mont Pouilly, across the famous Solutré Rock. The harvest is usually carried out in the very last days of the harvest campaign, which gives wines of freshness and minerality. The nose opens generously with sweet notes of candied and citrus fruits. The maturity and ripeness of the fruit combine with an aromatic freshness and a real delicacy in the mouth.
The wine is structured, but still lively on the finish.

This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and refreshing with rich, ripe lime and grapefruit aromas.
Elegant, beautifully rounded, harmonious and well-balanced, a mineral style and a smooth and long finish.
It is ideal as an aperitif and a great match with shellfish, smoked and grilled salmon, goat cheese.
Chateau Bellevue Ca'Ma Cuvee $19.99
This Merlot dominated blend has enough structure to hold up to your favorite grilled meats
– barbecue, flank steak, and pork chops just to name a few.
The wine offers a rich and intense bouquet of blackcurrant, blackberry and strawberry.
It is smooth and full in the mouth with a velvety texture. The wine is made with 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc.Average age of the vines is 50 years old (everything is between 40 and 60 years old).
Domaine Manoir Du Carra , Moulin a Vent $27.99
Moulin A Vent les Burdelines undergoes the same vinification as the Fleurie. I love the aromatics here: detailed redcurrant, mulberry and rose petal aromas that burst from the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, very supple in the mouth with great tension
and just the right amount of spiciness on the vivacious finish.
