CHARDONNAY UNOAKED NAPA VALLEY $29.99
This unassuming, unadorned wine highlights the beauty and purity of our Chardonnay fruit. Blocks 9, 19 and 20 are all low-yielding, producing concentrated, flavorful fruit. The variety of clones in the blocks contribute to the complexity of the wines.
The 2022 Unoaked Chardonnay has bright, fruity and floral aromas and flavors of yellow and green apple and a mango-like tropical fruit, with lemon and lemon rind on the finish.  A nice balance between the fruit, floral and tangy elements. Fresh and vibrant. We like to pair it with grilled chicken breasts, lemony hummus or guacamole with chips, and other light, summery foods, or just sip all by itself.

ALBARINO $29.99
Pale straw color. A rich, floral and fruity nose includes nectarine, peach and mouth-watering citrus aromas. Complex flavors include nectarine and green mango, with tangy lemon and lemon zest acidity on the long finish. Pair with foods that are light in weight but forward in flavor. Delicious with seafood, especially oysters or grilled fish tacos with a squeeze of lime; Greek-style salad, Caesar salad, or nectarines with prosciutto. Great on a warm day with a view of the sea!

PINOT NOIR NAPA VALLEY $22.99
Pale ruby color. Soft, perfumed red fruit, lightly spicy oak. Light-bodied, with sweet-sour red fruits like raspberry and cranberry, and initial firm structure. Varietally correct on the palate, flavors echoing the aromatic profile. Moderately firm tannins and balanced acid. Savory, medium-weight dishes with earthy flavors work best with our Pinots, but they can be quite versatile. Try with mushroom risotto, pork tenderloin, duck breast, herbed gougères, or any dish with herb and mushroom elements.

ZINFANDEL NAPA VALLEY $19.99
Medium ruby. On the nose, it’s soft at first, then surprisingly floral, transitioning to mouth-watering berry and notes of orange rind. Fruit and acid are in balance on the palate, with moderate levels of each. Tannins build up slowly with each sip, but are never overwhelming. Finishes with a bright tang. This wine has always been fascinating in its versatility. Different foods will enhance the savory aspects, bringing out soy and lime flavors, while others highlight the fresh, sweet cherry fruit in the mid-palate. Pair with seasoned lamb chop.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON NAPA VALLEY $28.99
Opaque, deep ruby color. Though subtle at first, there is beautiful, textbook Cabernet fruit in the initial aromas, with pleasant berry/dark cherry, herbal elements and soft oak. Full-bodied, with balanced acidity and approachable tannins. Long, vibrant finish. Like its predecessor, this wine feels very approachable upon release. Meats and cheeses will push the fruit to the forefront in this wine. Pair with charcuterie, parmesan crisps, a dry-aged rib-eye with a pan reduction (especially with truffle or mushroom), a simple cheeseburger (easy on the ketchup), or short ribs with mushroom polenta.
